Ladlee Paithani is committed to providing high-quality, handcrafted products. Our policies aim to ensure transparency while safeguarding our operations. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Returns Policy

Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement by contacting us at ladleepaithani@gmail.com / +91 89076 05050

Cancellations are not allowed beyond this timeframe as processing begins immediately after order confirmation.

3. Refunds for Damaged Products

Refunds are offered only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

The issue is reported to us within 8 hours of delivery.

You provide clear video proof of unboxing or photographic evidence of damage.

Refund Process:

Upon approval, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exceptions

Slight variations in weave, texture, or color are inherent to handcrafted products and are not considered defects.

Colors may appear different due to screen resolution or device settings and are not eligible for refunds or return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ladleepaithani@gmail.com
