Orders & Delivery
How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website by selecting your favorite sarees, adding them to the cart, and proceeding to checkout. Enter your details, make the payment, and you’ll receive an order confirmation via email.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to deliver your order within 7 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location or unforeseen circumstances.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placing them. Please contact us immediately at ladleepaithani@gmail.com if you wish to make changes.
Returns & Refunds
In the rare case of receiving an incorrect product, please notify us within 8 hours of delivery with clear photographs or videos for verification. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
Once your claim is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Color variations may occur due to differences in screen resolutions, brightness, and display settings. These minor variations are not considered defects.
